CONCERT The concert line-up features three very fine musicians working in an acoustic setting. 2004 saw them perform at Rochester Sweeps, Broadstairs Folk Week and Glastonbury. The trio comprises Guy Fletcher (Little Johnny England) on fiddle and mandolin, Mark Hutchinson (Rainbowchasers) on guitar and vocals and Simon Care (ex-Albion Band) on melodeons. Their set comprises contemporary and traditional songs and tunes from artists such as Tracy Chapman, Neil Finn and Richard Thompson.
“pure dead brilliant” (Hamish Currie - Tudor Folk Club) “the future of English folk is here” (North Oxfordshire News)
CEILIDH This version of the trio features Simon Care on melodeons, Guy Fletcher on fiddle, Rob Emmins on keyboards and Gerald Claridge on acoustic guitar. Anyone spotted the deliberate mistake? - this four-piece trio is certainly value for money! Playing a mix of old and new, the boys are well received countrywide and especially suited to a smaller venue.
“this lot are like a mini version of Tickled Pink - all the drive and energy without the volume. Ideal for the smaller venue”
